Refund Policy

The Two Percent Club is committed to providing each customer with exceptional service. We want you to feel comfortable about transacting business with us. Due to the nature of our business and the accessibility of our products immediately upon purchase, there is a 7-day cancellation & refund policy, which begins on the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have paid for, please send an email to [email protected] and we will look into the same immediately. Pls note that the refund amount will be after deducting the GST that has been paid to the government. Once the eligibility check is completed, the refund process will take a maximum of 14 days for us to initiate the refund.
